Information we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, job title, country or region, the topic of your inquiry, optional details about your workload, and your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use advertising trackers. [Confirm whether analytics will be used and name the tool.]

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your inquiry, scope a proof of concept if you ask for one, and keep a record of our conversation. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to answer you: with service providers that host the site, process form submissions or send email for us, under contracts that limit their use of it [list providers]; with Dnotitia affiliates whose engineers help answer technical questions; and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for [period to be confirmed] after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email contact_us@dnotitia.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. You can use these rights yourself or through an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies, so there are no cookie settings to manage. It may keep a small, temporary value in your browser for the page transition effect, which does not identify you and is cleared when you close the tab. If we add analytics or other cookies, we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

International transfers

Dnotitia is headquartered in South Korea. Your information may be processed in the United States and in South Korea, with safeguards appropriate to the transfer. [Confirm processing locations.]

Security and children

We protect the information we hold with technical and organizational measures suited to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This site is meant for business users and is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Questions about this policy can go to contact_us@dnotitia.com or Dnotitia, Inc., 2665 N First St, Ste 206, San Jose, CA 95134, United States.
